Customize social sharing option for referral links

The Social Sharing Options in Line Loyalty make it easy for your customers to share their unique referral links directly from your storefront or loyalty dashboard.

This helps your referral program spread faster and reach more potential customers through social media and email.



Where to Find This Setting

Go to Line Loyalty Dashboard → Referrals → scroll down to Additional settings.

Here you can enable or disable the platforms where customers can share their referral links.


Available Sharing Options

You can allow customers to share their referral links via:

  • Facebook

  • Twitter (X)

  • Email
    (More options coming soon)

Once enabled, sharing buttons appear on your loyalty widget or dashboard, making it easy for customers to promote your store in a single click.

💡 Example:
A customer clicks “Share on Facebook” from their loyalty dashboard.
Their personalized referral link is automatically embedded into a pre-written message.


💬 Custom Message Field

You can customize the message text shown in the email when customers share their referral link through email.

This message can include:

  • A friendly introduction

  • Your store name

  • The reward offer

Example message:

“I love shopping at [Your Store Name]! Here’s a $10 discount on your first order, use my link to get started!”

💡 Tip:
Keep the tone casual and personal. Messages that sound genuine tend to perform better on social media.
