π Benefits of using Line Loyalty Referral Program
Referral marketing is one of the most effective ways to acquire new customers.
By turning your loyal shoppers into advocates, you can:

Enabling Referrals Program
To get started,
Go to your Line Loyalty dashboard > Referrals.
Toggle Referral Rewards to Enabled.
π Setting Up Rewards
Set up rewards for both:
Referred Friend Reward β what the new customer receives.
Referrer Reward β what the existing customer earns when their referral is successful.
Both the referrer and referred friend can receive rewards in one of four ways:
π° Amount Discount (e.g., $10 off)
π % Off Discount (e.g., 10% off)
π Free Shipping
π Free Product
Each reward can be fully customized β including minimum order value, expiry, eligible collections, and whether it can combine with other discounts.
Click the Add Reward button.
Choose the type of reward. In the example below, we chose Amount Off.
Set additional settings in the following fields:
Reward Title - The name of the reward
Amount Discount - The discount value of the reward
Minimum Order Value - Set a minimum order value the reward can be used on
Apply to - Apply the reward to all your products or specific Collections.
Reward Expiry - select after how many days the referral reward will be expired for both customers.
